Community Engagement Scholars Program:
Community Work Options

Whether you're in the Scholars Program or not, the Career and Community Learning Center (CCLC) offers advising to help you get involved in the local community. If you're not sure where to volunteer or what organization might be a good fit, we can help you figure that out.

Listed below are organizations that students have worked with to meet the Scholars Program requirements. If you're enrolled in the Scholars program, you'll need to find an organization that's a good match for you, and one that can facilitate substantial projects. After you enroll, Scholars Program advisors can help you figure that out.
In addition to the above organizations, students considering a volunteer position or Scholars project can find great organizations to work with among CCLC's many Community Partners. We partner with more than 200 organizations in the Twin Cities area to help students get involved in the local community.
